Dr. Rodrigo Otero is a graduate of the University of Monterrey as a medical surgeon. He completed his training in general surgery at the Christus Muguerza High Specialty Hospital, in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo León. Subsequently, he completed the subspecialty in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at the "Dr. José Guerrerosantos" Jalisciense Institute of Reconstructive Surgery, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; one of the most prestigious and
recognized institutions worldwide. Currently, he is an active member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (AMCPER), the International Society of Aesthetic
Plastic Surgery (ISAPS) and is certified by the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic and
Reconstructive Surgery (CMCPER).

Dr. Luis Francisco Montaño a plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgeon graduated from the plastic surgery school of the "Dr. José Guerrerosantos" Jalisciense Institute of Reconstructive Surgery, obtaining his degree from the prestigious University of Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. He is certified by the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive
(CMCPER). He completed his training in general surgery at the "Dr. Luis E. Aybar de Santo Domingo" Hospital, Dominican Republic, an Institution attached to the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo. He graduated with honors from the faculty of medicine of the Universidad Central del Este in the Dominican Republic.
