Dr. Rodrigo Otero is a graduate of the University of Monterrey as a medical surgeon. He completed his training in general surgery at the Christus Muguerza High Specialty Hospital, in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Le\u00f3n. Subsequently, he completed the subspecialty in plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery at the \"Dr. Jos\u00e9 Guerrerosantos\" Jalisciense Institute of Reconstructive Surgery, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico; one of the most prestigious and\nrecognized institutions worldwide. Currently, he is an active member of the Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery (AMCPER), the International Society of Aesthetic\nPlastic Surgery (ISAPS) and is certified by the Mexican Council of Plastic, Aesthetic and\nReconstructive Surgery (CMCPER).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
